Nexus International for Consultancy and Training conducted a specialized training titled
“Participatory Intervention Design”, organized by the Palestinian NGOs Network (PNGO), at the Palestinian Red Crescent Hall in Ramallah from 16–17 December 2025.
The training was attended by 20 participants from the network and focused on enhancing their knowledge and capacities in designing and developing development and humanitarian interventions using a participatory approach. By combining theoretical concepts with practical applications based on real-life examples from the Palestinian context, the training enabled participants to gain practical understanding of how to engage communities in needs assessment, problem analysis, and translating findings into effective interventions, thereby supporting the effectiveness and sustainability of the programs and projects implemented by their organizations.
